Product overview
TPS reactive adhesive polymer membrane-based waterproofing membrane is a special anti-adhesive waterproof material for basement floor made of imported high-strength resin as tire base, asphalt-based reactive strong adhesive binder, UV-resistant chemical sand on the upper surface and silicone oil isolation film on the lower surface. The waterproofing membrane and the bottom plate concrete form full adhesion to protect the structural safety. Its structure from top to bottom are: UV-resistant white sand, reactive strong adhesive, high-strength resin film base, reactive strong adhesive, silicone oil isolation film.

Product Features

l Scope of application:Industrial and civil construction underground engineering floor, civil air defense engineering, urban pipe gallery floor, tunnel and other waterproof works.

Construction process
- Pre-laid anti-sticking
Basic requirements:
► The base maintenance meets the design and specification requirements, and the waterproof construction is qualified according to the specification before acceptance;
All kinds of embedded pipe fittings shall be embedded in advance and sealed according to the design and specification requirements.
► The base course shall be solid, smooth, clean and free of protrusions;
The yin and yang corners of the grass-roots level should be wiped into a circular arc, with a minimum radius of 50mm for the yin and yang corners and a minimum radius of 20mm for the yang corners;
► There is no open water at the base during construction. If there is open water, the construction can be carried out after sweeping the open water.
