Product overview

Dayu®The salt-resistant modified asphalt waterproofing membrane is a hot-melt waterproofing membrane composed of tire base, salt-resistant modified asphalt gum and surface material.

l fetal baseHigh quality filament polyester felt.

l Glial: Thermoplastic elastic rubber (styrene-butadiene-styrene) as a modifier to modify the petroleum asphalt, into the special salt-resistant formula raw materials, prepared into a dip coating gum, evenly coated on both sides of the tire base.

l Surface material: Polyethylene film, fine sand or mineral granules.

Product Features

It has good salt-alkali resistance and does not corrode when placed in a high saline-alkali environment for a long time.

Resistance to chloride ion penetration, effectively protect the safety of structural concrete.

High tensile strength, strong tear resistance, good dimensional stability, excellent mechanical properties, and strong resistance to breakage.

Excellent resistance to high and low temperature performance, low temperature not brittle crack, high temperature does not flow, good durability, long-term protection of waterproof ability.

Mature hot melt method construction process, molten asphalt body lap, reliable bonding, lap firmly, suitable for all seasons.

It can form a composite waterproof layer with other compatible coatings or coils to meet higher grade waterproof requirements.

Scope of application

It is suitable for industrial, civil, municipal and other construction projects, including administrative, residential, commercial, scientific research, medical, school, grain depot, pipe gallery and other buildings.

It is suitable for underground waterproof engineering and roof waterproof engineering of buildings such as coastal areas eroded by chloride ion and acid salt, inland alkaline soil areas, and transformation of chemical parks. Wherein, the surface material of mineral grains can be used for non-human roof exposed waterproof.

Construction process

Basic requirements: solid, dry, no sediment, laitance, no empty drum, loose, sand and other phenomena.

Interface treatment: uniform spray (roll) coating matching base treatment agent, improve the coil and the adhesion of the base.

Trial laying of coiled material: lay the coiled material flat on the base surface, align the elastic line or the overlapping edge of adjacent coiled material, adjust the overlapping width, and rewind after standing for a period of time to release the stress.

Hot melt paving: bake the lower surface and base surface of the coil with a flame, push the roll-paving coil forward in time after the colloid is melted, and compact and exhaust while it is hot to tightly bond the coil with the base layer.

Ontology lap joint: paving and pasting synchronous rolling lap joint edge until 5~8mm molten asphalt is extruded (regarded as reliable lap joint).
